To subscribe to Zeina Soufi Academy's digital courses, once you pay the course fee using any available online payment method, the course will be automatically sent to your account on the academy's website. By receiving the course digitally, you are not entitled to claim a refund for any reason, whether related to your time, your inability to follow it for personal reasons, or your opinion differing from some of the opinions presented in the course. Therefore, it is preferable to follow Dr. Zeina Soufi's videos on her official social media accounts to learn about her opinions and ideas before subscribing to any course.

However, the subscriber has the right to refund the fees for courses that have not yet been launched and have not been received in his account on the Zeina Soufi Academy website. However, once the course has been launched and is available digitally in his account, he has no right to request a refund of its fees or to replace it with another course.

Of course there will be a certificate of attendance which will be sent in the form of a pdf file to all those who wish to receive it who attended the course. They will be emailed.
